We’ve invented national debt, Botox, and e-scooters, but the German Armed Forces couldn’t even fend off an attack by the Hells Angels on Hanover right now. In the face of rampant stupidity, who wouldn’t want to constantly cry out, “Lord, send brains from heaven!”? On the other hand, we humans have always managed to creatively wriggle our way out of every crisis…
