Rokko W. is mankind's greatest enigma since the Pole Jump. He grew up in the depths of north-east Berlin as the heir to the crown of a scrap metal trading syndicate, who has since been disowned.�� He loves brass instruments and developed the shape of today's tuba and the associated valve technology. The variant later patented as the "Basstuba in F" with five valves is almost identical to the "Apocalypse in F" variant developed by Rokko.
He left school in the fourth grade, fleeing from creditors of his immense gambling debts. Today, Rokko Weissensee is regarded as the greatest impostor east of the Orinoco and is the winner of the Helena Blavatsky Prize for living fiction.
