ROOT & RISE - Women's Workshop

The holidays are over, we are in the middle of January 2026.

Maybe you've made resolutions. Maybe you haven't. And maybe you're just feeling that it's time to honestly check in again.

ROOT & RISE gives you a space to pause and look inwards. To feel whether what you have set out to do is really still your truth or whether your focus needs to be readjusted.

In this women's workshop, you will connect with your roots, your inner clarity and what you really want to live. Because true rootedness gives you the power to shine and consciously walk your path.

What you can look forward to:

• Gentle, beginner-friendly yoga
• Heart-opening cocoa ceremony
• Meditation on inner truth
• Space for sharing, listening and being in the women's circle
• Nourishing lunch snack (vegan)
• Soul impulse through oracle cards
• Memory anchor to take home (surprise)

You don't need any previous experience. Come just as you are.

What you may bring:

• Comfortable clothes
• Something to write with
• Drinking bottle
• Your own yoga mat if necessary
• You and everything that goes with it

Who we are:

Two companions and friends who have shared the same passion for many years and are now taking it out into the world together - because we are all sisters and not competitors.

Lisa: I completed my yoga teacher training at Spirit Yoga in Berlin in 2021. I love the possibilities that yoga offers body, mind and soul and enjoy every second on the mat; the wonderfully protected space to arrive at oneself and take a break from the hectic world. In addition to yoga, I am fascinated by crystals and their effects, positive affirmations and, above all, the exchange with other wonderful women. Together we can achieve a lot, it's important to take the time and celebrate yourself!

Elisa: My heart beats for mindfulness and the deep connection between us women. In recent years, including in Bali, I have been able to deepen my experience as a meditation and yoga teacher, Reiki therapist and cocoa space holder in various courses, Woman Circles, workshops and 1:1 sessions. This time has strengthened my passion to create spaces with you in which we remember our potential, strengthen each other instead of seeing ourselves as competitors, and thus come into our full power.

We look forward to creating some magic with you and being authentic women together.
