With almost 60 years, over 20 years of teaching experience and her passion for holistic well-being, Susanne will guide you through five weeks full of new impulses, varied sessions and beneficial habits.
It's not about perfection, pressure to perform or complicated health concepts. It's about the little things that we do regularly. Because it is often precisely these steps that make the biggest difference.
Rundum Vital therefore combines the positive effects of yoga with targeted strength training, cardiovascular impulses, relaxation techniques and the latest findings on healthy ageing (and living!) to create a holistic program that can be easily integrated into your everyday life.

Your all-round vitality home studio
We accompany you between and after the sessions so that small exercises can develop into sustainable habits.
You will receive an exclusive practice video for each week, which you can use to deepen the content flexibly and at your own pace. So it's no problem if you miss an appointment. The videos are available to you for six months after the end of the course.
We will also support you with motivational emails, background information and small suggestions. Even after the course, you'll receive a message from us from time to time - not an overload for your inbox, but reminders to help you keep finding time for what's good for you.
