For more than a decade, Rustre has been creating soundscapes that feel both intimate and expansive. His previous releases oscillate between ambient, electronica, post-rock, field recordings, and a delicate singer-songwriter aesthetic. With his latest EP, “Holding Hands With Runaways,” released in late 2024, Rustre has presented a work that explores connection and alienation—people who are on a journey together but can still lose sight of one another. Support: Viscous is a darkwave/dream pop trio from Leipzig, founded by three friends united by their love for the sound of the ’80s. They create their songs in their own bedroom studio and rehearsal space.
