Our Friday Dance Lab takes place (almost) every Friday in Cologne!

• 19:00 Taster class (45min)
• 20:00-21:00 Workshop
• 21:00-22:00 Practice Hour (=free dancing)

Admission (cash on site):
Workshop 15€ incl. Practice Hour (students/members 10€)
Taster course only 7€ (students 5€)

No registration & no dance partner necessary, just drop by.

Workshop topics (8 pm):

• 06.02.2026 Bachata Bodymovement Workshop with Nina (Open Level, Solo): Bodywaves. We will learn (half & full) body waves and reverse waves and practise them in a short solo combination.
  
• 13.02. no event (carnival)
  
• 20.02.2026 Salsa Musicality (Open Level) with Sebastian: How do I find the "1" in salsa music?
  
• 27.02.2026 Bachata Hip Movement with Dirk. How to move your hips. Open level, no partner required (we dance solo).
  
• Fri 06.03.2026 Salsa: Spinning Workshop. Spinning technique with Sebastian. Open level, no partner required (we dance solo).
  
• Fri 13.03.2026 Bachata Solo Workshop with Nina: We learn a cool footwork combination that is fun! Level: from beginner with (general) Bachata knowledge. No partner required, we dance solo.
  
• Fri 20.03.2026 Cuban Motion Workshop with Sebastian. Open Level: How do I move my hips? What does the upper body do? We learn and deepen the body movement typical for Salsa (&Bachata), with which we can shine on the dance floor. No partner is necessary for participation, we dance solo.
  
• Fri 27.03.2026 Bachata Partnerwork Workshop (Dominican) with Dirk: We learn a nice, groovy figure that can be danced well on socials (partnerwork). Level: from beginner with general Bachata knowledge. No partner required, we rotate (not a must for those who come in pairs).

Admission per appointment (cash on site, please bring a suitable suitcase if possible): 15€ (students/members 10€)
