Salsa Friday Social - mit Cuban Bodymovement Workshop(Solo)

Attention salsa lovers!
A wonderful evening awaits you, where you can practise what you have learned in the courses in a relaxed atmosphere and meet new people. As usual, we'll start the evening with a taster course for newbies, followed by a cool, inspiring workshop and end the evening with a relaxed practice session.

• 19:00-19:45: Salsa taster course for beginners with no previous knowledge. No partner required.
  
• 20:00-21:30 Workshop Cuban Bodymovement (Solo) with Sebastiano: Learn the essence of the body movement that is typical of Salsa and Bachata. When do the hips move to the right/left, what happens with the upper body and shoulders? Once you have internalized the Cuban Motion, or Contrabody Motion, you can take your dancing directly to the next level! You don't need a dance partner to take part, we dance solo. Open Level.

• 21:30-00:30 Practice Party (= free dancing): Use this time to e.g. practice what you have learned from the courses in a relaxed atmosphere, meet new people and have a good time.

Admission (cash only):

• Workshop (1.5 hours) including practice party afterwards: €18 (members €14)
• Taster course incl. practice party or practice party only: 7€ (5€ for students/members)
