On July 11, 2026, we’ll be celebrating ourparty debut at Park Café Deutz —and with an event that could hardly be bigger:

Mathias Kaden’s 30th anniversary as a DJ, and he’s also using this day to release his new album.

From 4 p.m. to 10 p.m., the Park Café will transform into an open-air stage for electronic music, nestled in one of Cologne’s most beautiful green spaces.

The Artists

For three decades,Mathias Kaden has been one of the defining figures of the German club and festival scene. As the founder of the renowned label Vakant, he’s known for a warm, groove-oriented sound that blends house and minimal, celebrated on dance floors worldwide from Berlin to Buenos Aires. His sets are musical narratives—timeless, deep, and always in motion.

He is joined by Nic Lorenz, who, with a keen sense for driving rhythms and subtle melodies, has been a fixture of the electronic scene for years. His sets effortlessly bridge the gap between daytime drinking and ecstatic dancing.

Cologne-basedproducer and DJLALENA rounds out the outdoor program.

For anyone who still wants more, there’s an afterparty until 3a.m. in an intimate setting at the Parkcafé with Katzengold and David Hasert b2b Sandile(ticket required; no tickets sold at the door).

The Location

The Park Café Deutz is a piece of Cologne’s history in its own right. The light-filled pavilion, originally designed in the spirit of postwar modernism, combines clean architectural lines with expansive glass surfaces and an open structure that blends indoor and outdoor spaces.

Located right in the Rheinpark, surrounded by old trees, meadows, and a view of the Cologne skyline, the atmosphere here is both urban and relaxed—a place that’s perfect for music, summer, and long days spent in nature.
