Help yourself and mix and match to your heart’s content: Spicy alpine cheese, real farm butter, cold-smoked salmon trout, crispy fried bacon, pickled vegetables, and a hearty meat salad are all waiting for you. A dessert rounds off this authentic Tyrolean evening on a sweet note.
