In the new Air Yoga workshop with Bianca, you will play with these opposites, which complement each other perfectly: control and letting go. Strength and trust. Grounding and lightness.
Held by the cloth, you will experience that special feeling when your body is suddenly no longer working against gravity, but playing with it.
Aerial yoga creates a special dynamic: you are active and supported at the same time, allowing you to playfully find your center and perceive yourself from a different perspective.
Controlled movements in the Air Yoga cloth strengthen your core and develop a new sense of alignment. At the same time, the floating sensation ensures that many exercises feel freer and more accessible than on the mat.

An important phase of the practice must not be missed: Wrapped in the shawl, you then sink into a deep resting phase and feel yourself. This allows you to find a beneficial balance between activity and regeneration that doesn't overwhelm you, but keeps you collected and stable.
Your nervous system is allowed to slow down and experience safety, your thoughts become calmer and your energy is renewed. In this savasana between heaven and earth, you can come back to yourself. This not only allows a particularly deep kind of relaxation to arise, but also a feeling of inner peace that often lasts beyond the practice.
