Sci-Fri: Children of Men
In the organizer's words:
In the year 2027, the world is plunged into chaos and anarchy because humanity can no longer reproduce. And a world without children is also a world without a future. But then there is hope.
The world in 2027 is in a state of emergency because there are no children. Humanity is no longer able to reproduce. Nearly twenty years have already passed since the last baby was born. And without children, there is no future—and no hope. That is why the world is sinking deeper and deeper into anarchy and is ruled by violence. Theo, too, has long since given up fighting for a better world—until a former girlfriend desperately asks him for help. She wants to get the young Kee out of the country, because Kee is pregnant. But with this, she not only carries the last hope within her, but also faces a life-threatening situation.
