At the Science Slam Bremen, up-and-coming scientists show that research is anything but dry. In just ten minutes, they bring their topics to the stage in a way that’s easy to understand, creative, and laced with a good dose of humor. At the end, the audience decides for itself which presentation wins the slam.

The Bremen Town Musicians are the city’s most famous symbol—even though they never actually reach Bremen in the fairy tale. At the Science Slam, it’s different: Here, the brightest minds actually take the stage and captivate the audience with their stories from the world of science.
