Create cards and surprising paper worlds

In this workshop, you’ll transform a flat sheet of paper into a small three-dimensional scene. Using precise folding, cutting, and gluing techniques, you’ll create pop-up cards that reveal surprising scenes when opened—such as a little house, a stack of gifts, or a playful paper box.

You’ll learn three different models and master simple basic techniques that you can later use to develop your own pop-up ideas for cards, invitations, or posters. Finally, you’ll decorate your creations in your own personal style. You’re welcome to take all your finished pop-ups home with you.

What to expect

• Introduction to scrapbooking and 3D pop-up techniques
• Working with precise folding, cutting, and gluing techniques

Good to know

• Suitable for participants ages 14 and up
• No prior experience required
• Materials and tools are included in the price
• Feel free to bring along any nice scrap paper, patterned paper, or paper scraps
• Please wear clothing that allows you to cut, fold, and glue comfortably
• The workshop will take place with a minimum of 8 participants.
