With the first Seafood Festival in Leipzig, we invite you to enjoy seafood as well as fresh and saltwater fish in a conscious and sustainable way. The festival will present a variety of regional and national products as well as delicious dishes from all over the world. With the MSC (Marine Stewardship Council) and ASC (Aquaculture Stewardship Council), we are addressing sustainability with each individual participant, with regionality and innovation also playing an important role, but not exclusively.
The festival not only serves as a meeting place for seafood lovers, but also offers newcomers the ideal opportunity to embark on a culinary journey of discovery through the world of seafood delicacies with the help of our tasting menu.
