The Self-Care Writers is mindful, creative writing in a group. A bit like journaling, only with concrete impulses. Together we look inside ourselves and at the world and adopt new perspectives. We alternate between writing and sharing phases; after each impulse there is the opportunity to share what we have written. It's not about "right" or "wrong", but about the joy of creative expression and self-exploration.
Important: The group size is limited to six people - so the atmosphere is intimate and personal and you definitely get enough space for yourself and your impulses. In addition, each session is clearly and individually designed and focused on a specific topic. So after the two hours, you will go home with a much clearer relationship with yourself and your thoughts and feelings. At the same time, you will have entered into an exchange with other people and connected with them.
On 26.1. we will focus on the topic of "adventure": to sweeten the dark season a little, we will go into the bravest version of ourselves on paper - what adventures do I (still) want in my life? When was the last time I was actually adventurous? Can I somehow fit it into my everyday life? And what is adventure anyway? Do I have to go bungee jumping for it? Come with us on this adventurous journey!
