Then join the Self-Care Writers!
The Self-Care Writers is mindful, creative writing in a group. A bit like journaling, only with concrete impulses. Together we look inside ourselves and at the world and adopt new perspectives. We alternate between writing and sharing phases; after each impulse there is the opportunity to share what we have written. It's not about "right" or "wrong", but about the joy of creative expression and self-exploration.
Important: The group size is limited to six people - so the atmosphere is intimate and personal and you definitely get enough space for yourself and your impulses. In addition, each session is clearly and individually designed and focused on a specific topic. This means that after the two hours you go home with a much clearer relationship with yourself and your thoughts and feelings. At the same time, you will have entered into an exchange with other people and connected with them.
On May 18 , we will focus on the topic of "Nature Poetry": May is considered to be the month of bliss par excellence: everything is green and in bloom, we finally feel fully awakened from our winter slumber. In keeping with this, we will turn our gaze to nature for inspiration. Perhaps there is a plant to which you feel a special connection? Or a tree that gives you support? A flower that reminds you of the wisdom of transience? After a short stroll through the garden at BodySana, we will intuitively write short poems and texts based on our observations of nature.
