For women who are often in their heads and long to get back into their bodies.

In a safe space among women, you can move freely
-Intuitive, sensual, playful, wild, soft, quiet or loud.
Without choreography. Without pressure.
Just you, the music and your body.

We start the evening with a loving tea ceremony and then immerse ourselves together in a gentle embodiment session that takes you from thinking to feeling.

Afterwards, the space opens up for Ecstatic Dance:
to dance, breathe, feel, laugh, let go, recharge.
