Turkish superstar Sertab Erener is coming to Bochum as part of her European tour! Don't miss the chance to experience this pop diva live.

Trained at the State Conservatory in Istanbul, Sertab Erener began her career as a singer in various bands before becoming famous as a backing singer for Sezen Aksu. She released her first album "Sakin Ol" in 1992. She made her breakthrough in the international charts in 2000 with her beautiful acapella version of the song "Zor Kadin" by the group Voice Male. In the same year, she also released the EP "Bu Yaz", which contained impressive duets with Ricky Martin ("Private Emotions") and the Greek singer Mando ("Ask/Fos").

Sertab Erener has also covered several songs by the famous Anatolian rock singer Fikret Kızılok. An important highlight of her career was winning the Eurovision Song Contest 2003 with the successful song "Everyway That I Can". This success led her into the studio, where she recorded her first English-language album. Her current studio album "Her Dem Akustik" contains emotional songs and proves that Sertab is still at the top of her game!
