Simple Music Ensemble. Spirited Away

"Spirited away" is a cult work by the great Japanese storyteller Hayao Miyazaki. It was the first animated film to win the Oscar for best feature-length animated film. It is the story of a little girl who finds herself in a mysterious world and has to overcome many challenges to save her parents from the charms of an evil sorceress.

Every Miyazaki animated film is its own world with its own rules, philosophy and ideas. An important part of Miyazaki's artistic language is the magical music by composer Joe Hisaishi, who acts as his full co-writer. He writes the soundtrack not after the movie has been made, but parallel to it. The composer will be given a brief description of the movie, on the basis of which he will compose the music.
