In this feel-good cooking class, our chef Normen takes you on a journey through his personal favorite dishes. It starts spicy and fresh with a lentil curry with crunchy peppers, tangy grapefruit and crispy rice paper bacon, which immediately makes you want more.
We continue with roasted sweet potatoes, topped with a sweet and spicy honey cake chili crumble and accompanied by a refreshing salted lemon yoghurt dip - light, aromatic and simply delightful.
For those who love savory food, Normen conjures up piadine with juicy steak, creamy gorgonzola and a fresh rocket and tomato salad, where every bite is perfectly balanced.
A sweet dream awaits at the end: bayberry ice cream with caramelized honey fig and delicate camomile foam, which brings the evening to a gentle close.
A course full of fresh ingredients, uncomplicated preparation and colorful flavors - healthy, delicious and no frills. Here, cooking becomes a pure pleasure and every meal a little moment of happiness.
All our courses include drinks - aperitifs, water, soft drinks, beer, wine - the menu, the host, service and a loaner apron.
