Discover the fascination of nude modeling and delve deeply into the sculptural representation of the human body. Under the expert guidance of Christa Baumgärtel, you will model the female torso in clay using a nude model, learning to capture form, proportions, and expression with precision.
Working from a live model is one of the most important traditional exercises in the visual arts. In addition to technical skills, this practice particularly trains perception, spatial thinking, and an understanding of anatomy. In a focused and inspiring working atmosphere, you will develop your own sculpture step by step.
