Inuit fairy tale as puppet theater with live music
Smilla and Nanu set out to save their village from starvation. Not an easy task, as they venture into the depths of the North Sea on their dangerous journey. There they want to see the Mother of the Sea so that she can release the animals she is keeping at the bottom of the sea for the people. Played with characters, narrated, sung and accompanied by live music, the story takes us on a journey to a distant and fascinating world and shows how important it is to treat our resources with care.
