Somatic Dance - Embodied Movement Flow

In the organizer's words:

Somatic Dance - Embodied Movement Flow

Your space for movement, embodiment & creative self-awareness

In this Somatic Dance session, we immerse ourselves together in a holistic movement practice that combines body awareness, dance improvisation and embodiment.
Somatic dance invites you to feel your body from the inside out, to listen to it and to express yourself through movement - beyond technique, pressure to perform or right and wrong. It is not about dancing well, but about your authentic self-expression.

In Embodied Movement Flow, we move through the session in a continuous, organic flow of movement. Starting with a somatic arrival and a guided meditation, the movement gradually develops through a physical warm-up to a free, dance-like flow that ultimately leads to a collective final relaxation.

The focus is not on fixed forms or sequences, but on invitations to dance movement that you can explore in your very own way. Targeted impulses, improvisation and conscious pauses for reflection create a rhythmic alternation of movement and perception.

Embodied Movement Flow supports you in arriving in your body, letting go of stress and following your inner impulse to move. This creates a space in which movement, perception and expression merge.
