Somatic Dance - Embodied Movement Flow
In the organizer's words:
A space to move from your mind into your body. To feel yourself, move, and come alive through dance.
In this session, somatic body awareness, intuitive movement, creative expression, and free dance come together in a mindful flow of movement.
Somatic Dance is a holistic movement practice that invites you to feel your body from the inside out, to listen to it, and to express yourself through movement. Without pressure to perform, without right or wrong—but with space for your own expression.
In Embodied Movement Flow, we move through a continuous, organic flow of movement. Starting with a somatic grounding and a guided meditation, the movement evolves through a physical warm-up into a free, intuitive dance flow that ultimately leads to a shared final relaxation.
The focus is not on fixed forms, but on open invitations to move that you can explore in your own unique way. Through guided prompts, improvisation, and mindful pauses for reflection, a lively interplay between movement and awareness emerges.
Embodied Movement Flow supports you in grounding yourself in your body, releasing stress, and following your natural movement.
This creates a space for connection, vitality, and authentic expression.
Who is Somatic Dance for?
For anyone who wants to center themselves through movement, become more aware of their body, and discover a free, intuitive flow of dance—regardless of prior experience.
This session invites you to feel yourself, encounter yourself through dance, and experience your movement authentically.
