Somatic Pulsing

In the organizer's words:

Being true and whole in contact
with Johann Maria Braun and Prabodhi Birgitta Braun

On this weekend we will explore our authenticity in contact with the elements of Tibetan Pulsing, Somatic Experiencing and intuitive movement impulses.

Seminar description

Somatic Pulsing offers a space to meet yourself mindfully and in depth. We support this self-awareness process with the meditative energy work Tibetan Pulsing.

Topics we work with:

  • What does contact mean to you?
  • How can you be mindful and connected in contact without losing your self-determination?
  • What do you need to feel safe in contact?
  • How can you be open and vulnerable without separating yourself from other people?

Tibetan Pulsing gets bound and blocked energy flowing again at the level of the nervous system. At the same time, our mind becomes quieter and our heart opens through the mutual touching of energy points in the held space of the group. The tool and medium of this body and energy work is the power of the common pulse. Through the pulse beat and the mindful touch, which can feel like an archaic touch, an experience of deep inner stillness is possible, which allows you to be in contact without fear or intention. A deep process of transformation takes place.

With elements of Somatic Experiencing (SE), you become aware of a finer body awareness and the natural need for safe, benevolent contact. Formative, traumatic experiences from our childhood and our lives are juxtaposed with a decelerated and safe place in the present. You experience healing impulses that strengthen both trust and self-determination within you.

The combination of both methods enables a renegotiation and embodiment of the natural ability to be in connection. A holistic regulation occurs that releases tension in our nervous system and increases our resilience. We feel freer, more powerful and more alive.
