n a world that often moves too fast, this course invites you to slow down. Somatic Yang to Yin Yoga & Sound is a gentle, deeply effective practice that combines body, breath and mindfulness - without any pressure to perform, completely with you.
This class combines gentle mobilizing movements with deep, slow stretches from Yin Yoga. The practice integrates somatic movement principles that strengthen body awareness and calm the nervous system. Flowing sequences and calm postures create a space for letting go, regeneration and mindfulness. The class concludes with a sound meditation in the final relaxation (Savasana), which supports inner well-being. It is a practice of feeling, not doing.
- Open to all levels
- as a prevention/health insurance course (with 10 consecutive appointments)
