This class combines gentle mobilizing movements with deep, slow stretches from Yin Yoga. The practice integrates somatic movement principles that strengthen body awareness and calm the nervous system. Flowing sequences and calm postures create a space for letting go, regeneration and mindfulness. The class concludes with a sound meditation in the final relaxation (Savasana), which supports inner well-being. It is a practice of feeling, not doing.
