Let's welcome the sun together - with 27 sequences of the sun salutation (who would like more, traditionally there are 108 sun salutations) as a powerful practice to bring body, mind and soul into harmony. The session is suitable for all levels, you will be guided step by step through different variations of the sun salutation.

Immerse yourself in the calming atmosphere on the beach, find your inner center and feel the transformative effect of the repetitive movement meditation.

Let go of the past, recharge your batteries and start the second half of the year invigorated. With each sun salutation, we honor light, life and creation. ✨
