This modern music competition not only offers talented musicians a stage, but also actively invites the audience to help shape the evening. The SongSlam is all about interaction. The audience plays a decisive role here: they judge the performances and help decide which musicians make it to the final. This means joining in the excitement, helping to decide and experiencing real live music up close! The evening will be hosted by slammer Anna Lisa Azur.
What is a songslam?
A SongSlam is a modern competition that gives both local and regional artists the opportunity to showcase their talent. Especially in smaller cities, this format helps to promote the up-and-coming scene and strengthens cultural diversity. In contrast to traditional concerts or established competitions, the SongSlam relies less on a jury and more on the audience as an active part of the evening. This makes every event unique and exciting.
How does a SongSlam work?
At the SongSlam, up to 6 musicianscompete against each other with songs they have written themselves - without any props or playback. In the first round, eachparticipant performstwo songs. After a short break, the audience decides who goes through to the final. There, the two highest scorers compete against each other again until the winnerisfinallydetermined. Voting takes place either by a show of hands or with scorecards distributed among the audience.

A SongSlam is more than just a concert - it's a shared experience! Whether as a participantor a spectator, music lovers get their money's worth here. The event offers a platform for female artists, promotes creative exchange and is simply fun.

Price information:

This is NOT a classic "hat concert" where artists finance themselves alone. With us, all artists receive their fee. The audience sets the admission price for the event. The event starts at 19:30. Admission is at 6:30 pm. Seating is limited.
