Christina Madenach & Sebastian Schmidt
Reading & Discussion
The werk[statt] event with Christina Madenach and Sebastian Schmidt will focus on social shame, exclusion, and marginalization; both will read from the science fiction satire *Powerschaum* ( Wunderhorn 2025) and from the as-yet-unpublished novel *Unbehagen*, respectively. Both texts explore, in different ways, internal and external mechanisms of social exclusion. The course of the evening will reveal to what extent, where, and why these works also touch on theatricality, robotics, and futuristic textile poetry—we can’t wait to find out!
