In the organizer's words:

This special takes you on a special journey through the Christmas story.
JayJay accompanies you with gentle, mindful asanas, while Céline and Martin from Mahakaruna guide you through the story with loving mantras.
Together we will open a space for reflection, connection, inner peace and contemplation - a loving attunement to the festive season.

Afterwards, we cordially invite you to our café to end the hour together with tea and cookies.

All proceeds will be donated to Christkind-Helfer Lutherkirche, an initiative that fulfills children's Christmas wishes. If you would like to make an additional donation, you can book a donation ticket under "Events".

All levels are welcome.
