Tickets can be canceled up to 48 hours before the event. Please cancel only by email to speeddating@impact.koeln. If you cancel less than 48 hours before the event, you must provide a replacement yourself or the ticket will expire, please let us know in good time if there are any changes. The cocktail can also be redeemed at a later date if you cancel in good time before the event.

We would also like to point out that photos and videos will be taken for our social media account during the event, so if you do NOT want to be recognizable, please let us know BEFORE the event and remind us again on the day itself.
