Marieluise Herrmann and Jakoba Schönbrodt-Rühl invite you to join their participatory choir: Under professional guidance, you’ll learn how surprisingly easy it is to master surprisingly difficult songs—and feel surprisingly alive and connected. Don’t worry—no prior knowledge, choir experience, or talent is required—just a love of singing is all you need! 
And of course, there’ll be plenty of time to get to know each other and chat during the evening.

If the weather is nice, we might head out to the courtyard. As always, the meeting point is the HY! in the former museum shop right next to the museum ticket office. 

 

About the series: Nice to meet you! Making new friends at the museum

Would you like to go to the museum, a game night, or the theater, but don’t have anyone to go with? Or do you just want to meet new people? Then you’ve come to the right place: We invite you to join us for shared experiences at the museum.

Each event begins with a get-to-know-you session led by us: Using simple icebreakers, we’ll help you strike up conversations easily and make sure that as many of you as possible feel welcome and at ease right away.

Each event has its own theme: We’ll play games together, explore the exhibition, experience Museum Night, get creative, or take a look behind the scenes. The focus is on shared experiences and making new friends. Every event is a chance to meet people you might never otherwise encounter. Just to be clear: This event series is not speed dating and it’s not a matchmaking event!
