How am I doing with cultural diversity in Freising?
A dialog format for better exchange

In small groups, four people talk about a common question - without commentary or judgment. It is not about opinions and evaluations, but about talking about yourself and your own experiences and wishes. While one person speaks, the others practise really listening and at the same time perceiving what they themselves are moved by what they hear. This simple structure opens up a space in which understanding grows - for the other person and for oneself.
