With a mixture of charisma, melancholy and unwavering energy, Steiner & Madlaina have been delighting a steadily growing audience for years. The two Swiss musicians Nora Steiner and Madlaina Pollina manage to combine poetic lyrics, polyphonic vocals and modern folk and indie rock elements to create their very own sound. With their new album, they are now showing a new artistic side to themselves. The music is bolder, more multi-layered and tells new stories - and that's exactly what they want you to experience live: For the first time, the duo will be touring with a string ensemble.
