Stunk Unplugged - Tour 2024

In the organizer's words:

Twelve members of the legendary Cologne Stunksitzung take to the stage as the "Stunk Unplugged" ensemble. They are the largest cabaret ensemble in Germany and present cabaret highlights and songs from the last few years of the Stunksitzung.

Stunk Unplugged is the crackle in the audience, is the irrepressible willingness of greying alternatives and young cosmopolitans to be colorful and multicultural.
Stunk unplugged is the presentation of an outstanding acting performance that is fundamentally different from the pseudo-humor that is otherwise all too often sent out.
The performance may come across as light-hearted and cheerful, but behind it are clever minds who have thought out what should make the audience think, laugh and cheer.

All the unsympathetic people in the world (from Erdogan to Orban to Putin) are the subject and could sue (if artistic freedom did not provide protection). Stunk is also that: deliberate lèse majesté. This pleases the audience and does not prevent CDU whining and traffic light jumping.
The stage presents what moves society: shortage of skilled workers, integration, housing shortage, climate change ...

The variety of topics is captivating, the change from slow to fast allows the audience to join in the celebrations.
Despite all the harshness, in the end Stunk Unplugged is one thing above all: the best entertainment!
