In the 5Rhythms® dance and movement meditation, we move in waves through the rhythms: Flowing, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical and Stillness. The music helps us to dive deeper into our dance. Each rhythm holds a special quality for us that we can recognize in our lives. Thus, dancing the 5Rhythms® offers us space for everything that is and allows us to accept the waves of life more easily.
