In the 5Rhythms®, a form of dance and movement meditation, we move in waves through the rhythms: Flowing, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical, and Stillness. The music helps us dive deeper into our dance. Each rhythm holds a special quality for us that we can recognize in our own lives. In this way, dancing the 5Rhythms® offers us space for everything that is and makes it easier for us to embrace the waves of life.
