A communal dining experience.

SUPPER! @Meramanis is more than just a classic dinner. It is an invitation to share and enjoy together at a long table. Inspired by the culinary traditions of Indonesia and Southeast Asia, we serve our dishes in a shared dining style on banana leaves.

Each evening is personally designed by one of our three hosts. The selection of dishes does not follow a rigid concept, but tells the individual story of the chef - characterized by origin, travels and personal memories.

The arrangement

Your ticket includes the full menu and accompanying services for the entire evening:

• Welcome drink at the reception
• Festive menu (shared dining on banana leaves)
• Freeflow water (still & sparkling)
• Live acoustic music

General terms and conditions

• Minimum number of participants: In order to maintain the communal character of the evening, the event will take place with a minimum of 8 participants.
• Implementation: If the minimum number of participants for your chosen date is not reached, we reserve the right to cancel the event.
• Cancellation & refund: In the event of cancellation, we will inform you at least 3 days in advance. In this case, the amount paid will be refunded in full immediately.
