1st set: LA RIVIERA TRIO [free, improvisation, experimental]

The Riviera (from Italian riva or French rive "shore") is the French-Italian coastal section of the Ligurian Sea. This section is divided into two parts:

* Côte d'Azur (French Riviera)

* Italian Riviera

Many stretches of coastline around the world are also referred to as the Riviera - often to better market the region. As a rule, it is a particularly beautiful coastline, e.g. with a southern exposure or on topographically interesting cliffs. They are among the sunniest and most attractive regions for bathers.

2nd set: SUSA BERIVAN

Having grown up in Berlin, the city of big mouths, Susa Berivan is not embarrassed to say - and sing - what's on her mind.
Berivan grew up listening to the records of Tracy Chapman, Ofra Haza, Şivan Perwer, Tanita Tikaram and Björk. Berivan played her way through the wide variety of Berlin bars and clubs, at weddings and in punk bars - but Berivan was particularly at home in the jazz and swing scene as a singer and guitarist for a long time.

These different influences are reflected in her songs. Chansonesque narratives, folk meets experimental outbursts, arabesque melodies and deep melancholy.

Although Susa Berivan has never placed much emphasis on marketing, she toured Russia, Georgia and Ukraine with her debut album "Yellow Moon". In December 2021, after a long break, the live recording "Session" was released, with some previously unreleased tracks. Poetic lyrics, intimate and recorded solo with her typical sound: nylon string guitar through warm tube amplifier in large reverb.

The single "Oh Boy" was released in 2023. In it, Susa Berivan sings - completely without a guitar - both melancholically and refreshingly sarcastically about painful loneliness within relationships.
