One-day seminar

Family constellations enable us to recognize the respective imprints and entanglements of our family system and clarify the personal relationship to our own lives. This allows a natural order to re-emerge in which everyone can find their right place.

Seminar description

Many of our fears, difficulties and blockages in life can be systemic, i.e. have their cause in our family system. This may relate to family, health, professional or financial problems.

The core belief in family constellations is that past imprints, attachments, traumas and injuries in the family system still have a profound effect on our present life. Family constellations reveal the ways in which the members of a family are still connected and often entangled with each other across generations. For example, it becomes apparent that children create a balance through their behavior and their fate: They want to give excluded or forgotten members of the family a place again and thus ensure that the system comes back into harmony and becomes whole. Releasing these entanglements in the constellation work allows a natural order to emerge in which everyone finds their place and the previously bound and blocked life energy and love can flow again.

In addition to the constellation of systems of origin, current relationships can also be the subject of a constellation. Questions about professional or health issues can also be the starting point for a constellation.

In constellations, people or aspects that are important for the issue are represented by proxies. Through the constellation, the dynamics of a system become visible and are guided in a healing direction with the help of mindful interventions. The people who are not chosen as representatives sit in a circle around the constellation and support the work.

Participation as a representative

Participation as a representative or observer allows direct access to the work of family constellations. We can gather experiences that would otherwise not be accessible to us. In every constellation, something comes to light that affects us all and reveals and teaches us fundamental things about life and ourselves.

• Constellations often reflect our own life issues, which we can better recognize and accept through the constellation work with more distance.
• The transformative energies in the healing field of a constellation can stimulate your own transformation processes.
• In the moments of constellation work, you step out of your personal identity and get to know completely new physical feelings, ways of thinking and attitudes to life. This gives you a broader perspective on life and enriches your own attitude to life.
• Anyone who simply wants to get to know this work is also welcome.
