Immerse yourself in a world of sensuality and open yourself to a deep connection with yourself and others. In a safe and mindful space, we invite you to follow your intuition, move, explore, dance and experience a deep connection to yourself and others - all blindfolded.
You will immerse yourself in a non-verbal space that is guided by slowness. In the slowness, space is created to feel exactly what you need right now and which impulses you want to follow.
This ritual can be a meditation that takes you deeper into the trust of following your own impulses and sensing exactly what you want to explore and experience. This may or may not involve contact with others.
You can also decide to take this journey on your own. You are welcome just as you are, with all your limits and desires.
Nothing is forced in this space - neither nudity nor touch.
1. arrival and attunement
At the beginning of the evening, we welcome you warmly. We create a space in which you can feel safe and secure. In a short round of introductions, you will have the opportunity to share yourself and your intentions for the evening. This will be the basis for the following exercises in which you will build trust and connect with the other participants.
2. the blindfold ritual
After the attunement, the central element of the evening begins: the blindfold ritual. Blindfolded, you will immerse yourself in a journey of the senses. This is not about words or external impressions, but about trusting your intuition and the perception of your body. In the slowness of the moment, you have space to feel exactly what you really need and where your impulses want to take you.
This ritual allows you to connect deeply with yourself and encounter your inner experiences without distraction. It can also lead to contact with others - but it doesn't have to. You are invited to decide whether you take this journey on your own or share it with others. Nothing is forced in this space - neither touch nor nudity.
3. conclusion, sharing and integration
After the ritual, we come together in a safe space to share our experiences. The sharing provides an opportunity for reflection and integration of what you have experienced. We end the evening with a heartfelt farewell so that you return to your everyday life with a sense of connection and new insights.
