TANZFORUM: DOPPELABEND JUNGER TANZ

How do young people look at dance - and what do they want to tell through movement, voice and music? This evening presents two performances by and with young people and their own forms of expression, themes and perspectives.

At the beginning, choreographer Clara Sjölin will provide insights into the development process of her new production with the junior company of the older members of the Leipzig Dance Theater. In the second part, the participants of the project "INSIDE/OUT - Dance, Voice and Community" will take to the stage themselves and present the results of their work, which was created in two intensive weekend workshops with the artists Kevin Albancando Tuntaquimba and Mara Wörner-Schönecker.

Ages 12 and up.
