Description: The Feldenkrais Method is an excellent way to get to know and use your instrument - your body - and its abilities in all their depth. Through organic learning, a deep understanding of the body's innate intelligence to organize movement using its inner wisdom emerges. In harmony with inner nature, movement patterns that lead to pain and injury are broken down and ways of dealing with the body without stress are opened up.

Veronica Fischer has been teaching Feldenkrais, yoga and bodywork for over 40 years. With beWEGen, she has developed a profound bodywork method that captures the origin of human movement in the evolutionary process. In her classes, she combines her knowledge as a body therapist and Feldenkrais teacher with her experience as a dancer and yoga practitioner.
