Tonight we will immerse ourselves in Indian vegetarian cuisine with traditional dishes made from fresh, colorful vegetables, homemade cheese and homemade spices and ghee.
We'll cook together, Indian-style: spinach pakora (deep-fried spinach stuffed with spicy potatoes) with dip, naan roti (Indian flatbread), peanut rice (basmati rice with peanuts), lentil soup with vegetables, karahi paneer (curry with homemade paneer, peppers and onions), doi brinjal (eggplant and yoghurt curry) and shrikhand (saffron yoghurt).
