Every second Saturday from 11:00 to 15:30, the Cologne wine cellar becomes an open stage for great wines and their makers. At Taste & Talk, you can meet renowned winemakers in person, taste their wines and get honest answers to the question: What makes really good wine?

For us in the Cologne wine cellar, the Bürklin-Wolfs are long-standing winemaker friends. Among other things, they have contributed to our in-house Cellar Selection with their Réserve Perpetuelle - a true statement of origin, time and craftsmanship.

This "Grape Escape" is perfect for curious newcomers as well as wine collectors and connoisseurs who want to experience great Palatinate wines at first hand.

The Cologne Wine Cellar - More than wine. An experience.

At 2,500 square meters, the Cologne Wine Cellar is one of the largest historic wine vaults in Germany. Over 51 steps or by elevator, it is 13 meters deep to almost 4,000 wines from around 800 wineries worldwide. Awarded "Wine Merchant of the Year 2025", our sommeliers make the difference: they advise, tell stories and accompany you at tastings, stand-up tastings or winemaker evenings. This is where expertise meets enjoyment - wine becomes an experience.
