Elections will be held in Israel in October at the latest. The conditions are extremely complicated: The country has been at war on several fronts since the attack by militant Palestinians on October 7, 2023.

Which political forces are benefiting from the tense situation in the Middle East? Which issues are dominating the election campaign? Who is the opposition anyway - and what chances does it have? What role do the Arab parties play - will they perhaps even be the kingmakers?
