The Garden (Vada Vada/US) *live*
Southern Californian twin duo The Garden have been going their own way since their formation in 2011. Their fast-paced, punk-influenced jungle and DnB styles are based on a DIY aesthetic and a wide range of influences. The two brothers describe their sound as "vada vada", referring to a philosophy that stands for pure creative expression and defies all previous genres and ideals.
To date, they have released four studio albums under their name: The Life and Times of a Paperclip (2013), Haha (2015), Mirror Might Steal Your Charm (2018) and Horseshit On Route 66 (2022).
Since 2013, they have been touring non-stop across the USA, Europe, the UK, China, Japan, New Zealand, Australia, Canada and Mexico. Their shows are unrepentant, energetic and full of unexpected twists and turns.
In 2019, The Garden made their Coachella debut and have also performed at numerous other festivals including Camp Flog Gnaw, Sasquatch, Riot Fest, Concrete & Grass in Shanghai, Neon Desert, End of the Road Festival and Tropicalia.
