The Munich Lab Band

In the organizer's words:

The Munich Lab Band's bandbook has accumulated quite a bit: proud material that covers pretty much all big band colors, that revels between traditional and contemporary, that sometimes combines jazz and elements of classical music. Felix Ecke and Vincent Eberle, the two founders and composers of the orchestra, make sure that there is enough space in the dense sound and hustle and bustle so that the movement players and soloists of this Munich all-star troupe can realize their full potential.

Founded in 2019, the Munich Lab Band makes every concert exciting. Variety is the trump card. Not just stylistically. Because sometimes the orchestra plays with almost monumental force, sometimes it sounds almost vulnerable, delicate, intimate, dreamy.
