The Watch plays Genesis

The Watch is a five-piece band from Milan, Italy, whose music is inspired by the classic progressive rock of the 1970s and in particular the music of Genesis.
They have released eight studio albums since 2001. Their seventh studio album "Seven" also featured Genesis guitarist Steve Hackett. Melody and energy are the main features of their music and live performances are their strength.
Their "The Watch playing Genesis" live shows are dedicated to Genesis albums from 1970 to 1977 and cover the period from Trespass to Seconds Out.
The band's way of interpreting Genesis music has generated enormous interest from fans of Genesis music and beyond, taking the band on increasingly extensive tours of Europe and the UK as well as the USA and Canada year after year.
The Watch singer's dramatic Gabriel-esque vocals, the closest thing The Watch has to Peter Gabriel, and the band's all-round instrumental excellence will give you the opportunity to hear some great songs as they were back in the day. No other group manages to capture the adventurousness and electricity of Genesis in their pioneering days with such raw emotion. Just close your eyes and you'll be in the seventies!
